Our Central Texas based company seeking hire a Production Manager to facilitate and affect change in a 65,000 square foot facility.

Key Position Roles:
Responsible for accurately shipping Orders on time.
Drives Picking, Packing, Assembly and Shipping Responsible for leading a team of 3 people Owns three critically important KPI's:
On-time Delivery, Quality, Order Accuracy The Production Manager will be at home on the factory floor, spending at least 95% of time on the factory floor.
Recruits and hires qualified candidates to fill open positions and satisfy demand.
Candidate will serve as the expert in assembly processes, product requirements and the completion of Orders Supervises and trains production associates for growth and development by ensuring associates are qualified, trained, and meet standards.
Monitor and Evaluate performance of team members and associates through constructive feedback (incl.
written reviews, and corrective counseling, etc.
), support to meet expectations, maintain open door communication, and promote an issue free environment.
Make necessary changes to accelerate the completion of Orders and deliver 99% of orders on time.
Responsible for manpower adjustments, order status updates, processing of change orders, problem resolution, and assisting the team/department in improving productivity, scrap work, accident reduction, etc.
Other duties as required.
Requirements:
Must be comfortable managing people and giving direction.
Must be comfortable spending 95% of the day in the warehouse and manufacturing floor.
This is not a position where you will spend the day in an office.
